Officers
President - Jeff Blanchard and his wife, Jerilyn, have lived on East Rosewood since 1983. Jeff is the managing partner of First Capital Group, a venture capital investment firm.
President Elect - Wade Caldwell and his wife, Lisa, have recently moved back to Monte Vista two years ago and live on W. Kings Highway. Wade is the Managing Partner of Barton, East & Caldwell, L.L.P.
Treasurer - Gloria Kember retired last year from the health care field. She has lived on E. Lullwood for eight years. Gloria served as MVHA's Recording Secretary for four years. Gloria is also Co-Chairperson of MVHA's Membership Committee.
Recording Secretary - Eva Papay has a degree in Interior Design, but is currently the stay-at-home mother of two young children. They live on W. Agarita. Eva is also Co-Chairperson of MVHA's Communications Committee and her husband, Greg, is on the Architectural Review Committee.
Corresponding Secretary - Katharine Welder has lived on Agarita since 2002. She recently left a position as the Regional Director for the Metropolitan Opera National Council Southwest Region to make sure that she didn't miss out on her children's childhood and is currently a "stay-at-home" mother.
Immediate Past President - Carol Estefan has been a resident of Monte Vista and a member of the Association for over 20 years. Carol is a professor at San Antonio College.

Linda Daniels is a retired attorney residing on W. French Place. She and her realtor husband Michael have lived in Monte Vista for over 20 years.
Sally Drews has lived on Mulberry since 2008. She is Director of Development for the UTSA College of Architecture.
Richard Garcia lived on West Summit in Monte Vista for three years. Richard owns and operates his own cleaning service business. Richard is the Co-Chairperson of the MVHA Membership Committee.
Kathleen Garrison has lived in on E. Lullwood, off and on, since 2001. She retired 5 years ago after 26 years as a felony probation officer. Now she volunteers at various organizations.
Andres Gutierrez and his wife, Krista, have lived in on Summit since 2008. Andres is a business owner/entrepreneur and Krista is a realtor with Phyllis Browning.
Clif Hurd and his wife, Vanessa, live on Agarita for six years. Clif is a partner and business manager with Hurd Enterprises, Ltd.
Jane Lewis and her husband, Rick, have lived on Gramercy Place since 2007. Jane is a consultant in the litigation support services industry, including electronic data discovery and operations best practices. Jane is the Chairperson of the MVHA Historic Preservation Committee.
Renee McElhaney has lived on Lullwood in Monte Vista of five years. She is an attorney in charge of the Appellate Practice at Cox & Smith. Renee is currently running for judge of the 285th District Court.
Carla Morrison and her husband, Andrew, have lived on East Rosewood since 2004. Carla is an attorney and advocate representing children in the Abuse and Neglect Courts of Bexar, Comal, Atascosa, Medina and Bandera Counties.
Elizabeth Raney and her husband, Brandon, have lived in Monte Vista for five years. When they moved to Monte Vista, lightning struck, literally, and burned their house to the ground. They rebuilt and reside on East Rosewood.
Gloria Uribe and her husband, Tom, have lived on W. Hollywood in Monte Vista for 12 years.
Julie Van Zandt and her husband Damon have lived on East Rosewood since 2004. Before moving here from Croatia, Julie spent 15 years in foreign affairs and politics. Julie is the Chairperson of MVHA's Commications Committee and Editor of VISTAS.
Gail Weitzenkorn has lived on W. Gramercy for three years, and is a retired art teacher. She moved to San Antonio from Houston, Texas, where her daughter, son in law and three grandchildren live.
