MVHA Board Meetings

The MVHA Board meets the second Tuesday of the month. The meeting is open to the public and board members are expected to attend. A typical agenda includes:

• Call to order
• Minutes of prior meeting
• Financial statements
• Board Committee Reports
• New Business
• Adjourn
