This committee promotes membership in the organization, maintains up to date records of members and addresses and manages mail outs to neighborhood addresses.

Beginning in 2010, MVHA is re-activating the Block Captain program that worked so effectively in the past. MVHA is seeking members who would be willing to serve as Block Captains and be responsible for encouraging all of the residents on their block to become members of MVHA. If you are interested in serving as a Block Captain, please contact either of the Chairpersons or call the MVHA Office at 210-737-8212 and leave a message.

We hope that you will join and discover all the benefits of membership in the MVHA. There are three ways to join the organization.

You may join at any of our neighborhood events.

You may join by mail by clicking the "Join By Mail" button, printing the Membership Form, and returning it along with your check to the address shown on the form.


You may join and pay with a credit card using PayPal by clicking the "Join Using PayPal" button . It is not necessary to register with PayPal.
