Architectural Review Committee
5/15/2010 - The Architectural Review Committee normally meets on the first Monday of each month in the Landa Annex at 6:30 p.m. If you are planning a home remodeling or renovation project that involves any changes to the exterior of your home, those changes must be approved by the City of San Antonio Historical Design & Review Commission (HDRC). The HDRC prefers that any projects in the Monte Vista Historic District be reviewed by The Monte Vista Historical Association Architectural Review Committee prior to be submitted to HDRC for approval.
