When built for Ira Havens in 1918, this 4,000 square foot Colonial Revival home was featured in both local San Antonio newspapers. Designed by architect Atlee B. Ayers, this home was described as “built of tile and finished in cream, white and cement stucco with dark red metal roof.” The first floor has a large living room on the east side with a solarium in the rear featuring large glass doors.
