MVHA hosts a wide range of events from educational to social. Below are descriptions of some of the key events that we host throughout the year but we encourage you to check out our calendar to see everything we do.

Biennial Home Tour & Gala

This large and lavish event allows our friends and neighbors to tour just a few of the more stately homes in the area. You will learn all about the design and construction and even hear some stories about the families who have been the fabric of Monte Vista. The next Home Tour will take place in 2024.

Educational Tours

Spend the morning walking a block or two of Monte Vista to view several homes and learn more about a specific type of architecture like Craftsman or Tudor.

Third Thursdays

This long-standing tradition is a way for you to get to meet and mingle with neighbors and local business owners. Hosted in a new home each month, learn about the value of joining the association and all our great work. Check our calendar for upcoming events.
